Dell had it as part of the driver download pop-up window called 'extract' that loaded 3 file, one being an '.exe.' File that was the Broadcom OS. I ran the '.exe' file and it loaded the od and my Bluetooth finally appeared in my device folder. I ran the driver next o be sure I had the latest and everything working fine.
